By downloading, accessing, or using FactVerse, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use FactVerse.

FactVerse offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (FactVerse Pro) that unlock exclusive Pro categories, unlimited access, and an ad-free experience.

• Payment Processing: All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store (Google Play In-App Billing). FactVerse does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or financial account numbers.
• RevenueCat Integration: We utilize RevenueCat to validate subscription receipts, track active entitlements, and restore purchases across your devices. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt data in compliance with industry privacy standards.

To support free access to knowledge, FactVerse displays third-party advertisements to non-subscribed users:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve interstitial and banner advertisements in the free version of FactVerse. Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as GAID - Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address, and usage data to provide relevant ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Ad-Free with Pro: Subscribing to FactVerse Pro completely disables third-party advertising and ad tracking within the app.
• Cloud Infrastructure: For reliable content delivery, secure API communication, and media hosting.

• Delivering, personalizing, and updating your daily fact feeds.
• Enabling text-to-speech (TTS) audio narration for facts.
• Maintaining your bookmarks, liked facts, and category selections.
• Verifying and managing FactVerse Pro subscription entitlements.
• Sending daily discovery push notifications (optional).
• Responding to user support tickets, inquiries, and app feedback.
• Monitoring app stability, diagnosing bugs, and guarding against fraud.

We implement robust security safeguards including cryptographic password hashing, HTTPS / TLS transport security, and stateless JWT authentication tokens to protect your personal data. We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services.

You have full control over your personal data:

• Account & Data Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data (likes, bookmarks, profile) anytime through the app or by emailing us at agnovaplay@gmail.com.
• Editing Preferences: Update your name, bio, avatar, and preferred categories in Profile settings.
• Notification Preferences: Enable or disable push notifications in your device system settings.
• Ad Tracking: Opt out of personalized ads via device settings (Apple "Ask App not to Track" or Android "Delete Advertising ID").

FactVerse provides curated educational content suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we take immediate steps to remove such information.
